Organization: National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI) is the first Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute, established in India on 18th February 2010. The institute aims at catalyzing the transformation of Agri-food sector in India. The institute has the vision to be a nodal for knowledge generation and translational science leading to value-added products based on Agri-Food biotech innovations. The main research focus of NABI is to harness biotechnological tools in the area of Agriculture Biotechnology, Food, and Nutritional Biotechnology so as to provide sustainable and novel solutions towards quality food and nutrition.

Management Assistant: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University or equivalent with adequate experience of work in administration/ accounts/ establishment matters with a total of 05 years of work experience.

Scientist-C: Doctorate in Chemical/ Biological Sciences/ Agricultural Sciences with 03 years of R&D work experience (OR) Masters (M.E.-M.Tech) in fields of Chemical/ Biological/ Agricultural Technology/ Computer Sciences from a recognized University with 06 years of R&D experience specifically for application in agriculture, food processing, nutrition, nutraceuticals and secondary agriculture (OR) B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Polymer Science with 08 years of R&D experience (relaxable by 02 years for meritorious candidates).

Scientist-F: Doctorate in specified field/discipline from amongst Agriculture and/or Biological and/or Chemical Sciences/Technology from a recognized University/Institute with 10 years of R&D experience relevant or related to chemical or biological processing of biomass for value added products (edible/ nutritional/ nutraceutical or non-edible) in secondary agriculture perspective.
