EALP (Earn & Learn Program) is an online, rank-based initiative open to all citizens of India.
There are no age or qualification restrictions — anyone can participate.

How is Rank Decided

The rank of each participant depends on their hard work and the quality of content they submit.

The ranking is based on an automatic point-based system that awards points for content creation and user activity.
The detailed point distribution is as follows:

3. How much can I earn?

There is no limit to your earnings. Your income depends on your dedication, honesty, and hard work.
By sharing original content such as old question papers, PowerPoint presentations, and quizzes (with questions and answers), participants can earn rewards.

4. When is EALP organized? Is it a continuous program?

Yes, EALP is a continuous program.
Each month is considered one session, and the results for that session are announced at midnight on the last day of the month.

5. How will I receive my payment?

After winning, you’ll be asked to fill out a short online form to submit your details (Name, Mobile Number, and Payment Mode — Paytm, Google Pay, or PhonePe).
It’s quick and easy, and our team will guide you through the process.

6. What is the mode of payment?

All payments are made online.

---

7. When will I receive my payment?

Payments are processed within 10 days after the results are announced.
For example, if the results are declared on the 1st, you’ll receive your payment by the 11th of the month.

8. How do I claim my Consolation Prize?

Consolation prizes of ₹100 each are awarded to members who remain in the top 30 but do not win in that session.
